MADE IN CHEREMUSHNAYA or 3 years mindful eating



Today marks exactly 3 years from the time when our family moved to a conscious power. For the sake of change food we bought 2 years ago in a village house with a huge plot of land and laid a large garden, and grow their own vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs, nuts, honey plant.

Conscious food for us - is, first of all: cooking raw food diet (all that is included in this concept) + steamed, roasted vegetables our own production, grown village with a minimum of chemicals; buckwheat, millet flakes; frozen vegetables in the cold; my honey; a small amount of nuts, seeds (their own and purchased); rustic vegetable oil from local oil mills; sometimes good dried fruit; its soft water; grass.

We absolutely do not use: animal food, including milk, eggs, fish, mushrooms, whole industrial food, flour, yeast

. At this point - this is the best food for us. Of course, live plant foods - the best thing is for a person, but we are attaching great importance to the purity of the products and having the experience of growing, we choose for themselves their own, slightly processed in the Russian stove vegetables, instead of chemically grown "plastic" of fruits and vegetables that are universally filled the shelves of markets and shops.

We also believe that the person potentially - maloed, eating mostly carbohydrate wholesome food, the body of which there is a gradual decline in manufactured aggressive substances, purification from acquired unwanted deposits uninvited "guests", which are very helpful to hygienic procedures (various natural cleansing) <. br>
