Syroedny pie "Zebra"



Korzhik:

 - White:
50g cashew
50g
kokos.struzhka 20g Brazil nuts
kokos.maslo (or milk) 20g
30g honey

 - Dark:
Brazilian nut 50g
50g
kokos.struzhka 20g cocoa mass
20g cashew
30g honey

Knead gently biscuits,
turned to Korzhik colored layers.

 - Cream: pour on Korzhik alternating

.  - White:
200 soaked cashews
30g coconut butter (milk)
50g cocoa butter (melted on a steam bath)
70g honey

 - Dark:
200g Brazil nuts soaked
50g cocoa liquor melt
40g cocoa butter melt
70g honey

 - Preparation:

 - White Korzhik:
All lay in a blender,
except for honey and milk, grind,
mix in a bowl with milk and honey.

 - Dark Korzhik: grind cocoa mass
in powder, add all ingredients
in a blender except honey, grind.
Mix the chocolate cake with honey, knead.
Two biscuits twist and distribute the form.

White Cream:
all beat in a blender until smooth,
similarly dark. Pour cream in turn,
make patterns with a toothpick.
