Live mayonnaise



I thought, if you can make a wonderful sweet cashew cream, why not make the least wonderful mayonnaise. Sunflower Seeds - 150 g (after soaking turned 255gr)
Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Apple vinegar - 4 tablespoons

Turmeric - 1/2

Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon - 1/10
tsp Carnation - 1/10 tsp

Description:

Sunflower seeds soak overnight (you can for 3 hours, if necessary pobystrrey);
morning wash;
all put in blender (my landline) and beat until smooth, adding water to adjust the density;
