SALAD "KUMITSU" sea kale and sprouts MASHA

You will need:
Mung bean sprouts in 2-3 days germination
Chinese cabbage
Laminaria
Fresh carrots
Fresh ginger
Sesame
Grape Vinegar or apple
Crude oil
Chop the leaves of Chinese cabbage. On a coarse grater grate the ginger and carrots. Put mung bean sprouts. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Season salad with apple or grape vinegar and unrefined vegetable oil. Vinegar is a false substitute lemon juice or lime. Add a few drops of soy sauce. As should be mixed.
