Cream soup with lentils
Ingredients:
1 cup soaked lentils
3 carrots
1 stalk celery
1 PC. onions
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
Spices on
taste A bunch of fresh parsley
Preparation:
To prepare the soup in a food processor grind the soaked lentils, celery and onions. Separately, squeeze the juice with carrots and with oil cake add to the mashed lentils with vegetables.
To the soup was not very thick, you can only use the carrot juice without the carrot cake.
Further, it remains only to fill the soup with olive oil, spices and finely chopped parsley.
