27-year-old Brian Tagalog was born without arms, but it has never been a serious obstacle for him to lead a full life. In addition to performing routine tasks such as driving a car, a native of Honolulu, Hawaii copes with tattooing. He now lives and works in Tucson, Arizona, and is considered the world's only certified tattoo artist working feet.
