Vegetable burritos.

If you rawfoodist, you know how to germinate grains and legumes. This unusual dish contains germinated mung bean sprouts (mung beans), a very useful legumes.

For the preparation required:
· 1 carrot
· 1 cucumber
· A bunch of sprouts mung
· A bunch of lettuce
· Young beet leaves
· White pepper
· 1 large tomato
· 3 cloves garlic
· A few sprigs of cilantro, dill, basil
· Soy sauce

Method of preparation:

Carrots, cucumber chop into fine strips and mix with 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce and bean sprouts.
Tomato put in boiling water for 1 minute, removed and cleaned from the skin. In a blender chop tomatoes, garlic, herbs, soy sauce.
Lettuce beet and lubricate the sauce and put them shredded vegetables, sprouts. Wrap in tubes. Put vegetable burrito on a plate, pour the sauce.
Tip: mung beans are germinated for 5-7 days, and if you want a long sprouts, a little longer. During germination remember every day to wash the beans under running water and then useful, flavor germs perfectly preserved.
