The most popular potato dish in Bulgaria: appetizing patatnik.
Bulgarian cuisine is tasty, satisfying and is known for its simplicity. We have prepared for you the recipe of the traditional Bulgarian cuisine, which is spread in the Rhodope Mountains. They say that in this area the most delicious potatoes are grown. Therefore, the dish is because of what this region is famous. Options patatnika cooking, there are many. Ingredients:
120 g of cheese; 1 onion; herbs (mint, parsley, thyme, or other); 3 eggs; 4-5 pcs. potatoes; 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil; 1 tooth. garlic (optional). Preparation:
1. Wash and cleanse potatoes. Rub it on a grater or in a food processor. Squeeze the juice out of it.
2. Add the grated onion and mix well.
3. Brush the refractory form of sunflower oil. Laid out in it a lot, good primnogo spoon and smooth.

Salt is not necessary. Serve with sour cream, yogurt or ayran.
Patatnik can be improved by adding the rice, peppers and meat.
