Italian secret recipe of fresh tomato sauce. So tasty can only be in the restaurant!

Ingredients:
2 kg of fresh tomatoes (peeled); 1 carrot; 1/4 Art. olive oil; 3 medium onions (diced); 8 cloves garlic (minced); 1/3 Art. fresh basil leaves (chopped); 1 sprig fresh thyme leaves (or ½ hours. l. dried); 1 sprig fresh oregano (or 1 ch. l. dried) ; 2 bay leaves; 2 sprigs of parsley (or 1 ch. l. dried); 1 h. liter. sea salt. Preparation:
1. Pour into a large pot of olive oil, put over medium heat and add the diced onion, garlic and half the carrots, grated on medium grater.
2. Fry the vegetables 6-8 minutes until the onion is translucent and soft.
3. Add the tomatoes (peeled!), Sliced basil leaves, sprigs of oregano, thyme, bay leaf, parsley. Ambassador.
4. Vary on low heat for 2-3 hours or until done (sauce should be thick and uniform).
5. 30 minutes before end of cooking add the remaining half of the carrots.
6. Before serving, remove it from the pan sprigs of herbs and carrots.
This sauce is perfect for pasta, pizza and meat dishes.
Important!
If you want to make a thick sauce - do not use a blender to give it uniformity.
