Chocolate cake with kefir "Fiction": the perfect dessert for get-togethers with friends.

Option 1 - sour cream:
400 g sour cream; 1 tbsp. sugar; 200 g butter. Option 2 - the custard:
2 eggs; 300 g sugar; 2 tbsp. l. flour; 400 g milk; 1 package vanilla sugar; 200 g butter; biscuits, chocolates or nuts for flouring. Preparation:
1. To prepare the dough vzbey together the eggs, oil and yogurt. In another container mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa. Then pour in the beaten eggs bulk ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Pour batter into a greased form, put in a preheated 200-170 degree oven. Bake for 50 minutes.
3. When you get one cake, it should be cooled and only then cut lengthwise in 3 parts.
4. It is time to prepare the cream.
Sour cream: Mix the softened butter with cream and sugar, and then vzbey.
Custard: Put to boil milk. Meanwhile vzbey eggs with sugar until white, then gradually add flour, continuing to whisk. Pour this mixture in a thin stream into boiling milk, stirring vigorously. Reduce heat, vsyp vanilla, continuing to knead the cream well. Refrigerate. Add the softened butter. Stir well. Put in the fridge for half an hour. The cream is ready.
5. Peremazh cakes with cream and sprinkle the top with chocolate or nuts.
