How to prepare:
1. Prepare the marinade: Mix all ingredients.
2. Prepare the salad. Use only strong zucchini, without clearing them from the skin. Zucchini and carrots grate carrot in Korean, or we shall cut into fine strips. You can chop the zucchini slices. Minced garlic and finely chopped greens mix with the other vegetables.
3. Pour marinade over salad, toss and let it brew for a few hours.
4. Put the lettuce in clean dry jars and sterilize: liter jars for 30 minutes, half-liter - 15 minutes. All. Pull up, let cool without turning cans. Keep zucchini in a dark, cool place.
