25 g of treated pine nuts; 0, 5 h. liter. cinnamon; 25 g sugar. Preparation:
1. we will cut peeled apples into slices and sprinkle them with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Add to them the lemon zest and chopped dried figs.
2. Mix sugar, egg and raw egg yolk, vzbey mixer until sugar is dissolved. Add here the soft butter and milk.
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Enter the flour into the egg mixture and stir well. Add to the batter apples, figs and nuts. Pine nuts can be replaced soaked in water for a day raw walnuts, raw shelled peanuts or raw almonds. Soaked nuts are much sweeter and easier to digest, consistency reminiscent of pine.
4. Put the dough into a greased and sprinkled with pine nuts, sugar and cinnamon split mold. Bake the cake 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
