American architect, a longtime fan of JRR Tolkien, built a "House of Hobbits" in Pennsylvania.

House area of 55 square meters is located next to an apartment building architect.
The man filled the room manuscripts and memorabilia from the collection of Tolkien, which was collected 30 years.
For it is a small footpath, paved with stone, ran through the English garden.

I get a little store: rare books and manuscripts of Tolkien, vintage chess, weapons and many other things.
"I wanted to build a small secluded area in which a collector could spend a few nice quiet minutes alone with his collection," - says the architect
Unfortunately, the master declined to say how much it cost the construction, but mentioned that his team is building a similar house in Tasmania.
Builders took the stones from the wall of the 18th century, and was used for roof tiles handmade in France.
