Greek salad



Ingredients:
-500 G tomatoes
-350 G pepper
-400 G cucumber
-150 G onion
-200 G of cheese (or feta cheese)
-150 G olives (pitted)
* Sauce:
-5 Tablespoons olive or sunflower oil
-2 Tablespoons lemon juice
-hydrochloric
-perets

Cooking recipe
Tomatoes cut into large pieces.
Cucumber cut lengthwise, then cut into thin slices.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
7-10 olives leave for decoration, the rest cut into slices.
Chop onion cut polukoltsami.Brynzu kubikami.Prigotovit sauce: Mix the oil with the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
In a salad bowl put the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, olives, onions, season with the sauce, mix well.
Then gently put cheese (stirring is not necessary, because the cheese is very soft) and whole olives.
Garnish with herbs to taste.
