Chicken with mushrooms or chicken bombs


500 gr. chicken,
300 gr. all fungi,
70 g of cheese,
3 tbsp cream,
1 onion,
salt and pepper to taste.


1. Mushrooms cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil with chopped onion, after salt and pepper. To add grated cheese, mushrooms and cream, stir.
2. Chicken repulse, salt and pepper, put in the center of the mushroom stuffing, roll up "bombs" and wrapped in foil (foil pre-oiled). Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and allow 5-10 minutes more browned.
