Cannelloni with tomato-cream sauce

For the sauce: onion, carrots, tomatoes in juice 2 pieces (you can fresh tomatoes), 3 cloves of garlic, 250 ml of tomato juice, 250ml cream, dry basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
for stuffing: 500g minced chicken, onion, 150 g of cheese (preferably fused), egg, parsley, salt and pepper.
