This original drink from Oolong tea contains many vitamins and antioxidants. A ginger and cinnamon, which are part of, make it even more useful to the figure and the whole organism.
3 cups of water
1 ¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Slice of fresh ginger, peeled and crushed
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1 pod
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
8 bags of oolong tea
Sugar to taste
Mix in a saucepan, water, milk, vanilla, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Increase the heat and when the mixture starts to boil again, turn off and add tea bags. Cover and wait for 4 minutes.
Pull tea bags and pour through a sieve into a jug. Add ice and sugar as desired.
Store in the refrigerator for no longer than 1 day.
