Cheese cake


 
Ingredients:
300 grams of cheese,
150 grams of sour cream,
2 tablespoons gelatin,
1 orange,
1 tangerine,
a handful of raisins,
4 pcs. dried apricots,
3 tablespoons sugar,
4 tablespoons cherry syrup (can anyone black or red currant).

The amount of ingredients depends on the amount of forms in which the cake is done.

Preparation:

First, soak the raisins and dried apricots in warm water with the addition of brandy.
Soak the gelatin in the chilled boiled water.
Clear orange and tangerine and cut into slices. Share on the bottom of a glass salad bowl circle orange, then cutting circles in half to put the entire bowl orange and mandarin - like fantasy suggests.
In a bowl put the cheese, knead it thoroughly, add sugar, 2 tbsp. Spoon sour cream, raisins.
Dissolve gelatin in a water bath and add 2/3 of the stirring in cottage cheese. With the help of a tablespoon of cottage cheese to put on oranges - do not pour out not to move the pieces of orange and tangerine.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, syrup, chopped dried apricots and can grate orange zest. Pour remaining gelatin, mix well and put a lot of sour cream on cottage cheese.
Put in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
Before serving, put the plate on the cake and flip over.
