Energetichskie bars


 
Ingredients:
On 12 small bars:
1 large apple
3/4 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons oat flour (rye)
2-4 tbsp apple juice or water
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (cashews or walnuts)
1 / 4stakana dates
half tsp cinnamon

Preparation:
1. First you need to turn on the oven to 180 ° C and prepare the form, grease it with olive oil. It is best to fit a small square shape.

2. Then mix all the ingredients - apple grate, nuts (I'm doing with seeds) and coarsely chop the dates, water or juice you need to add, if necessary, if a little juice gives itself an apple. The dough should be such that it can be of mold, but not the liquid.

3. Leave the mixture for 10-20 minutes to absorb. Then shift the mixture into the mold and gently smooth out the surface. Oven for 30 minutes. When would get out of the oven, cut into squares, until the pastry is warm.

If you are afraid that you will be hard times (although for me it is just perfect), add 1 tsp honey. (Due dates and so sweet).
