Mushrooms with chicken in cream sauce



 
You will need:
400g chicken
300 grams of mushrooms
200 g sour cream
100 g onions
100 g of wine
50 grams of vegetable oil
black pepper

Method of preparation:
Cut the chicken into small pieces, fry over high heat until golden brown, put on a plate.
Slice the mushrooms (champignons), onions, fry together, add wine (red) and sour cream, pepper and salt, add the chicken, put all of 10-20 minutes on low heat.
