Mulled wine with coffee and brandy

Dry red wine - 750 ml
Espresso - 1, 5 cups
Cognac - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 150 g

Mix wine, coffee (espresso or strong without just grounds), brandy, sugar and put on a moderate fire.

Stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved, bring the mixture to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

Serve hot in mugs or refractory glasses.
