Cake "Elephant tear"


 
Ingredients:

dough:
6 eggs
6 tablespoons. l. sugar
2 tbsp. l. flour
3 tbsp. l. cocoa
1 hr. L. slaked soda
Cream:
200 gr. butter
1 jar of condensed milk
1 banana
walnuts (for dusting)

Preparation:

6 egg yolks with sugar, flour, cocoa and baking soda. Separately, whisk in a solid foam proteins. All carefully mixed to form the lubricating oil and bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes. Form I round d - 26. Willingness biscuit check with a toothpick. Remove it from the mold and still hot folded in half, and in the middle we place wooden rolling pin. Give cool.

Cooking cream:
Butter and condensed milk, beat well and send in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Assembling the cake:
