Rinse the chicken, cut into serving pieces, sprinkle with spices, salt and pour the yogurt and leave to infuse.
Potatoes with skin wash well and cut into slices. For apples cut out the middle, also sliced. One orange slice. Onions cut into half rings.
Oiled baking sheet.
Lay out the layers:
Potatoes with onions (salt, sprinkle with dried herbs and pepper)
Top with chicken and oranges
At the bottom of the pan a little water poured (half a cup).
Send in the oven at 180 degrees.
When the dish is almost ready, chicken with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese. Send back in the oven until golden brown.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs!
