Meat cut into desired pieces. Half an onion grate, the second half cut rings. Meat salt, pepper, add your favorite spices. If you plan to fry, then it is better to squeeze onion juice to small onion burnt, and if you can add in the oven along with the pulp. There also omit the sliced onion half rings, pour pomegranate juice (about 200 ml per 1 kg of meat). Leave to marinate, preferably overnight, but it can be three hours. Take the meat and onion rings from the marinade, and then depending on your preference - you can fry it in butter in a frying pan, I strung on skewers and baked in the oven at 200 degrees. The first 20 minutes - closed form with the meat with foil, then another 15 minutes to bake without foil until golden brown. During this time, pork browned, but not dried.
In my opinion, this is one of the most delicious marinade for barbecue.
