• 350 gr. black olives, pitted
• tablespoon capers
• a bunch of parsley
• garlic clove
• 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1) Load the olives, capers, parsley and garlic in blender container (or finely chop everything by hand a large sharp knife).
2) Gulf of olive oil, add the spices.
3) Press Start and grind until smooth.
4) Serve in conjunction with crispy crackers or white bread.
