A quick zucchini snack you're gonna need.

• 2 young zucchini (500g)
• 150g brynx
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 20g chopped walnuts
• 1 bundle of dill
• croutons (as much as possible)

1. Cut the zucchini with small cubes and lay them out on a heated pan, previously lubricated with vegetable oil. Wait until they're ready, no salting. Put it in a comfortable container.
