Cookies "Madeleine" with lemon zest

Ingredients (9 pieces):

1 egg
2 tbsp. spoons of sugar
1 package (10 oz.) Vanilla sugar
50 oz. butter (melted and cool)
70 gr. flour (sifted)
1 tsp. Grated lemon zest on a fine grater
50 oz. white chocolate
1 tbsp. spoonful of cream (10% fit)


1. The oven heat to 200 degrees, molds Madeleine grease with butter (silicone can not be lubricated).

2. Egg whip until fluffy white mass with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the lemon zest and flour, mix gently with a spatula or the blade, then pour the oil and gently stir again until smooth.

3. The dough is spread over molds, bake 12 minut.Gotovoe cookies immediately removed from the molds, totally cool. Melt the chocolate and cream in a water bath, cover with pastry.
