Milk cookies

  • 250g flour
  • 0.5 tbsp warm milk
  • 100g ghee butter

Madeleine

The ingredients
  • 120g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g sugar
  • 90g butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Preparation

Preparation

The oil should be whipped with powdered sugar, then add vanillin. Blow a blender at low speed, add flour and starch to the mixture. Cover the parchment with a batter and lay out the dough with a culinary bag with a “star” nozzle. The distance between cookies should be about 2 cm. Leave the pan in the freezer for an hour, then bake the cookies for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Apple

The ingredients
  • 60g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g butter
  • 250g flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 apples
  • 1 bag of vanillin
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar


Preparation

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanillin to high peaks. Add the butter and whip it again. Now you can add flour, baking powder and salt. Cut the apples and fields with lemon juice, mix them in the dough. Put the dough on the paper-covered pan. The liver will last 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. After cooling it can be sprinkled with powder.

Classic sand cookie

The ingredients
  • 125g margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g sugar
  • 200g flour


Preparation

Melt margarine in the microwave, then pour a mixture of eggs and sugar into it. Then add the flour and mix it thoroughly. Thick dough is quickly laid out on a parchment-covered batter and pecks until ready.

Flower cookies

The ingredients
  • 200g flour
  • 150g butter
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 100g sugar
  • pinch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanillin
  • 2 tbsp cocoa or grated chocolate


Preparation

First, you need to thoroughly wipe the flour and margarine. Then you can add the remaining ingredients: sugar, salt, sour cream, flour, vanillin and baking powder. In half the soft dough now need to add cocoa. Wrap both parts of the dough in film and let it brew in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Roll the dough with a roller and cut out the little mugs. One flower is made up of two white and two dark circles. They need to be folded in turn. After forming all the flowers, send them to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Cookies

The ingredients
  • 200g margarine
  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • vanillin


Preparation

Break the margarine and add to it cottage cheese, flour and vanillin. Roll the dough as thin as possible and cut with a glass of mug. Each sprinkle with sugar on one side and fold four with the sugar side inside. Then dip the top of the cookie in sugar. Bake until you're ready.
