1. In a large bowl, mix the salt, sugar and tomato paste. Put the mixture in the breast and marinate 20 minutes.
2. Fry the onions and garlic. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Pour into the pan the water, add the zucchini, cut into cubes, onion, garlic and breast, mushrooms, beans and simmer until cooked (about 20 minutes) over moderate heat. Sprinkle with spices and herbs.
