It's holiday time. There is still time to add something new and unusual to your menu. For example, a crab salad with red fish. A brilliant salad that tastes like popular sushi today. Crab salad with red fish Ingredients
  • 200g rice
  • 300 ml of water
  • 200g mayonnaise
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 200g trout
  • 3 nori sheets
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 100g crab sticks
  • 100g pickled ginger
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • lettuce


Ingredients for marinade
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar


Preparation
  1. First, thoroughly wash the rice, pour water and decoction until ready. Now we marinate him. To do this, mix all the ingredients for the marinade. This solution fill the finished rice and leave for about 15 minutes. Separately prepare the cream for our salad. To do this, mix cheese and mayonnaise. Hit the mixer at low speed to uniformity.



  2. Now let's start picking our salad a little bit. It is advisable to immediately put it on the plate in which you are going to serve. And, of course, it is better to use a forming ring. Put a few leaves of fresh salad at the bottom.



The first layer will be rice. Rash to the bottom about half, level with a smooth layer. Then there's the cream. It can be folded into a candy bag for convenience. The cream should be divided into about three parts. The first layer is well leveled on the layer of rice.



Cut the leaves of nori into small pieces and place them on top. Cut the fish in small cubes. Spread half over the nori leaves. Then do the same with the crab sticks. Put half on top of the fish. Then a layer of sliced cucumbers (again we take only half). Along with cucumbers, put some sliced ginger. Cut the eggs, too. Send half to our future salad. Now a generous layer of our mayonnaise cream.



Then lay out a layer of rice, leaving some for the top (about a third of what is). Then a thin layer of mayonnaise cream. And then repeat exactly the same sequence of layers. On top, lay out almost all the remaining cream and level it, tightly pressing all the ingredients. At the end, lay out the remaining rice and cream. Make a nice top.
