One day at dinner, my husband gave an amazing phrase: “Pork and potatoes are boring banal dishes.” I was shocked by this statement, as since childhood I have a special addiction to potatoes, and I also love meat.
After going through a lot of information on the world wide web, I came across an amazing
puff-dough. It was decided that the next meal for dinner would be exactly that. By the way, I managed to surprise my husband. Treat your family to this banal dish!
Boats from puff dough Ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 400 g of meat (beef, pork, chicken)
- 1 bulb
- 150g pickles
- 500g puff dough
- 1 egg
- 50g hard cheese
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes and make mashed potatoes.
- Cut the meat in pieces and roast in a frying pan along with onion rings.
- Cut the cucumbers with straws or semi-rings.
- Cut the thawed dough into square pieces and roll them with a roller-roller. In the center of each rectangle, lay out some potatoes, fried meat and cucumbers. Make longitudinal incisions on the sides of the test.
- Wrap each side of the boat in turn so that the cut is in the center.
- Pinch your sides and lay out the finished boats on a pan covered with parchment. Bake the dish for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
