- 220g sugar
- 10g gelatin
- 1 tbsp starch
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 120 ml of water
Preparation
- First of all, in 60 ml of water, we pour sugar and boil on the stove to the state of syrup.
- Previously, in a separate container, mix 60 ml of water with gelatin and dissolve it in a water bath. When the gelatin swells, we mix it.
- After a little, we mix the resulting sugar syrup into the gelatin. Within 1 minute, beat the mixture with a mixer, starting with small turns and gradually increasing. Continue to whip for 10 minutes until the mass thickens. If desired, you can add a dye, and then the delicacy will acquire a more interesting color.
- Now we are preparing the dishes for freezing. To do this, take the shape and wet all the internal surfaces with water. Then lay out the food film and on top well lubricated with oil (cream or vegetable). We pour the mixture into the container and cover it again with a film lubricated with oil. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours before freezing.
- Take the form out of the refrigerator and turn it over to a board, previously sprinkled with starch with powdered sugar. We cut the thickened mass with cubes and sprinkle them with powdered sugar on all sides. Ready!
