  • 500 ml of water
  • 150ml corn oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 25g yeast

  • 1 bundle of green onions


Preparation
  1. In the container, mix water, corn oil, salt and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for a few minutes, then cool.



  2. Dilute the yeast in 50 ml of warm water. After that, mix them with a completely cooled mixture of oil and water.



  3. Cut the regular and green onions finely. Stir these ingredients and add to the mixture. Now you can add a little flour, mixing the dough.



  4. Leave the sticky dough for 1 hour. When it doubles in volume, you can start to form cakes.



  5. Fry the cake for 3 minutes on each side in well-heated oil. Bon appetit!
