Tomato soup with beans Ingredients
  • 300g canned beans
  • 200g frozen pod beans
  • 3 big potatoes
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 300ml rubbed canned tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp dining horseradish
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • salt
  • chili


Preparation
  1. First, clean and thoroughly wash all the vegetables. Cut the onions with carrots into small pieces, as well as grind the garlic. Pour olive oil into a large pan-roast and set it to warm up on the stove, turning on the medium fire. In hot oil, first of all send carrots, and then, when it is already a little roasted and lets juice, add onions with garlic.

    Roast the vegetables over a low heat for 5-7 minutes until the mixture acquires a characteristic garlic aroma and golden color.





  2. Next, cut the peeled potatoes in small cubes and place in a pan to the other ingredients. After that, it is necessary to season the vegetable mixture with paprika, salt and black ground pepper to taste. Carcasses of potatoes with onions and carrots for 7 minutes are still on a small fire.

    Then pour the vegetables with water, increase the fire to medium, bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.





  3. After the above time, add canned beans to the soup and wait until it boils again. Next, send thawed pod beans to the pan, bring the soup to a boil again, then leave it to cook on a slow heat for another 5 minutes.

    Then add the grated tomatoes to the soup and bring it to a boil again.





  4. At the end of cooking, add 1 tbsp of table horseradish in the soup, salt the dish if necessary, bring it to a boil again and remove it from the fire.





Serve. Balkan soup, decorated with chopped fresh greens.
