- 400g sugar
- 480 ml of strong coffee, water or apple juice
- 120ml culinary fat
- 290g dark raisins or finely sliced prunes

- 250g flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp scented pepper
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 110 g crushed walnuts or almonds
Preparation
