  5. Bagels can be baked on Teflon batter, which should be lined with baking paper. 180 degrees is enough. Bake the bagels to blush. Put the finished pastry on a plate and let it cool.
  6. Add a glass of sugar to a glass of water and cook the syrup. If you wish, You can add some lemon juice.. You need to dip the bagels in hot syrup and dump them in sugar with vanilla. Bon appetit!
