"Poor Count" attends all our family holidays, favorite puff salad for relatives

I noticed that my salad with mushrooms and cucumbers is very liked by the guests. It's delicious and relatively light. After all, it contains boiled chicken, fresh cucumbers and boiled carrots. In addition, “Poor Count” decorates the festive table with a combination of its bright layers. Therefore, we advise you to prepare this unusual salad for the next celebration.



Salad with mushrooms and cucumbers Ingredients
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 200g champignon
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 bulb (red)
  • 80g cheese
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. Before starting the salad assembly, prepare the ingredients. Cook carrots and potatoes until ready. Boil the chicken. Do not forget that vegetables and meat should be salted when cooking.
  2. Cut the champignons with thin plates and boil in salted water 7 minutes after boiling.


  3. Cut the fresh cucumbers with straw. Onions - quarters of rings or cubes. Boiled chicken fillet was divided into fibers with a fork.
  4. Potatoes and carrots sodium on a large grater. This time I was rubbing cheese on a small grater. So the upper layer is easier to distribute a thin and even layer.


  5. Let's start the salad assembly. For convenience, I used a culinary ring. But if it is not, you can just lay the layers on the dish. So, the first layer put grated potatoes. It should be tried, if unsalted - salted, and if desired, peppered.


  6. The second layer is cucumbers and mayonnaise. Instead of buying, we offer to prepare a natural, more tasty and delicate version of the sauce familiar to all.


  7. The third layer is chicken fillet and mayonnaise. By the way, the best taste of chicken salad can be achieved if you use not boiled chicken, but pre-soaked in a marinade and grilled or baked in foil.


  8. The fourth layer is pre-marinated red onions.
  9. The fifth layer is mushrooms and mayonnaise.


  10. The sixth layer is boiled carrots and mayonnaise.

  11. And the last layer is a finely grated cheese.
  12. Give the salad a couple of hours in the fridge and put it on the dish.
  13. The salad just melts in the mouth and never gets bored. And despite the content of mayonnaise, it feels quite easy thanks to fresh cucumbers, boiled chicken and carrots.
