- 600g flour
- 300 ml of water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp milk
- yolk
- sesame
Preparation
- First you have to sift through the flour. Add sugar and salt to it.
- Then add yeast to the mixture. Stir everything well and add warm water.
- Then you need to add vegetable oil and start kneading a little sticky dough.
- The dough should be covered with film and sent to a warm place for an hour to rise.
- It's got to be a lush dough. It should be divided into 6 even parts. From each form a ball and leave for another 15 minutes.
