  4. Mix starch and ghee carefully. Roll the first ball into a pancake with a diameter of 15 centimeters and grease on top with a mixture of starch and oil. Put a pancake on top of the next ball and grease again. Repeat this until you use all the balls of dough. Top lubricate with oil and starch is not necessary.



  5. Carefully roll the whole stack in a thin layer. Roll it into a roll and cut the roll into small pieces.



  6. Put all the pieces of roulette on the board and get a small glass. Carefully turn each piece of roulette into a rose and place it inside the glass. Now that the future cake is in a stable position, it can be filled with chocolate paste. The top of the cake should be carefully closed and pinched.
