How to make homemade cheese from milk ingredients
  • 1 l milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt


Preparation
  1. Pour the milk into the pan and set it to boil, then reduce the fire.



  2. While the milk is boiling, beat the eggs in a bowl and add sour cream and salt.



  3. Pour the egg mass into the milk. Cook this mixture, stirring, on a small heat a few minutes before serum separation.



  4. Pour the cheese mass into a badge, lined with gauze, folded in 2 layers. Line the future cheese with a spoon.



  5. Twisted the gauze with a knot, let the serum drain. Then spin the gauze, cover the formed round cheese with the edge of the gauze, lay the saucer on top and put some pressure on the saucer (for example, a can of water closed with a lid will do). Put it in the fridge for a few hours or better overnight.
