  • 4 umbrellas of cloves
  • 2 bay leaves


Preparation
  1. We're gonna need medium-sized mushrooms. The big ones need to be cut, and the small ones will boil quite significantly. Wash them. Large garlic cut into 4 plates each clove. All we take from dill is stems. Maybe you took our past advice and frozen it just in case.


  2. We bring the water in the pan to a boil and throw salt, pepper, coriander, cloves and bay leaf into it. In a minute, when the salt dissolves, we put our mushrooms in the pan. Without covering the lid, we make medium fire. Let the mushrooms boil for 20 minutes. So they will have time to soak in tastes and aromas.


  3. Now we throw garlic and dill into the pan. Let the mixture stand on fire for another 5 minutes. It should not be too active, but still stir. Thus, the aroma of all components will be revealed and mushrooms absorb it into themselves.

  4. Now you can catch all the mushrooms, garlic and dill with noise. No need to separate them, the dish will be good. Hot water and spices are no longer useful. Wait for the mushrooms to cool and put them in the refrigerator. In half an hour, the dish can be served on the table. But if you decide to do it later, nothing will happen.




These mushrooms are perfectly combined with rings of fresh red onions, sprigs of fresh dill and smelly unrefined oil. If dill stems interfere with you or look unaesthetic, get rid of them. But only before serving on the table. Guests will appreciate the appearance and aroma of the snack.
