Our dressy kiwi and chicken salad It is suitable for a regular dinner and for a festive table. It's all about serving and jewelry. It is hearty, tasty, has interesting sour notes and will appeal to everyone who has not yet had time to try such a dish.



And the ingredients, despite this unusual combination, can be purchased in any chain supermarket. Coats and olives are certainly good. It's tradition. But diluting classic salads with something new will never be superfluous. Again, our salad can also be cooked in half an hour. And that's only because of the long cooking of chicken fillets.

Kiwi and chicken salad Ingredients

Preparation
  1. Let's boil chicken breast and eggs. Of course, in different pots. The eggs are clean and finely cut. You can also use the usual potatoes. It'll be quicker. Let the chicken cool down a little. Then we either cut it into small cubes, or just tear our fingers at the fibers. Then the chicken will be visually larger and it will become tenderer.


  2. Purple onions are cut in a small cube. Although it is not as aggressive as regular onions, and much sweeter, we still recommend marinating the beam in red vinegar. Just add a couple of spoons to the container with crushed vegetable and let stand for a few minutes.


  3. We collect the salad layer by layer. First we have chicken. Next, you need to flavor it with a mayonnaise net. Then we sprinkle pickled onions. On the surface of the onions, we distribute grated cheese. And we put the mayonnaise net on the cheese itself again. We grind dill and put it on the salad, just around the edges.


  4. In the center pour tomatoes, sliced with a small cube. They need to be salted and peppered. From above we pour and immediately distribute, so that it was smooth, crushed boiled eggs. Yellow and squirrel, all together. Onion net. You can also throw out the remains of onions or cheese, if any. And as a decoration, we apply a layer of crushed kiwi and pomegranate grains. You can even paint it as a Christmas tree. Ready!
