Baking for sale lush cottage cheesecakes on soda, soda is not felt in them

To all the lovers of baking, our present cheesecake I'm sure you'll like it. The most delicate dough without a tangible taste of flour, fragrant cottage cheese and, attention, pear filling! For the autumn evening, and even with a cup of tea - the very same. In addition, the notes of vanilla will also contribute to this homemade masterpiece.

Since cottage cheese is full of protein and calcium, and we will cook in the oven, this cupcake can hardly be called a typical dessert. Add sugar and flour less – and here we have the dinner of an athlete who monitors the amount of BJU in his plate. Delicious, good for muscles and bones. What the doctor ordered.

Recipe for cheesecake in the oven Ingredients
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 100g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g flour
  • 1 tsp soda without slide
  • pinch
  • 2 pears

Preparation
  1. Before cooking, all ingredients should stand on the kitchen table. They need their temperature to rise to room temperature. Now whip butter with ordinary and vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt. Add the cheese to the mix and beat it too. Now whip the curd mass with eggs, adding them to it one by one.

  2. Mix the dough. To do this, add to the cottage cheese and egg mass sifted flour mixed with soda. The dough can be mixed with your hands, it turns out to be quite thick and practically does not stick to your fingers. Or just use a silicone spatula to do it.

  3. Wash and peel pears. Cut them along with beautiful records. No core, of course. The thickness of the plates should be about half a centimeter. If it is thinner, the pears will simply dissolve in the finished dish. Fatter - can feel too strong. In our case, fruit is a pleasant addition. The basis of taste is cheese dough.

  4. Put a cupcake form on a special baking paper. Put the dough in there, put the pears on top. Squeeze them into the surface of the future crust. The dough will swell when heated and "absorb" the pear into itself. Prepare dessert in a 170-degree oven, about 50 minutes in time. Readiness can be checked with a regular toothpick. That's the recipe.

If desired, the finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Sweeteners cut it like bread and smear it with jam on top. Ideally, of course, pear. But if you are not one of them, this procedure can be safely omitted. Since pear is quite aromatic and sweet, it can be replaced with apples, bananas or even peaches.

And for an interesting pattern of cottage cheese dough and texture, some housewives like to add a bit of rubbed poppy or chia seeds to the cottage cheese. They do not affect the final taste of the dish, but make it more festive.
