  • 80g flour
  • 50g cocoa
  • 150g sugar
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g butter

Glaze ingredients
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 100g cocoa
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation
  1. Melt in a pan with a diameter of 26 cm 60 g of butter. Stir the oil with a silicone spatula.
  2. When the butter is completely dissolved, add 50 g of cocoa to the pan. It is better to sift cocoa through a sieve to avoid lumps.

  3. Break 2 eggs into a pan and add 150g of sugar. Stir everything well until homogeneous. In order not to spoil the coating of the pan, it is better to use a silicone spatula or a corolla. Otherwise, all the ingredients can be mixed the old-fashioned way in a separate bowl. But we don’t want to stain the extra dishes, so we will continue to lazily prepare the cake.

  4. Ask 80 g of flour directly into the pan, send 120 ml of milk and soda there. Stir everything well.
  5. Cover the mixture with a lid and turn down the fire. Prepare the cake under the closed lid for 20 minutes. Check the readiness with a knife or wooden sword, it should be dry. If the sword is slightly wet, remove the pan from the fire and leave the cake under the lid for another 5 minutes.

  6. While the cake is baked, you can make the icing. In a bowl mix 100 g of powdered sugar, 100 g of cocoa and 200 ml of milk.
  7. Soak the cake with 150 ml of warm milk and after a couple of minutes cut it with chocolate icing. Bon appetit.
