The recipe for second bread in the oven

Potatoes It’s almost a second bread for each of us. But, to be honest, recently tired of cooking banal mashed potatoes, and fried potatoes no longer cause children’s delight.

Potatoes with cheese baked in oven Ingredients
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 50g hard cheese
  • 30g butter
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves of garlic


Preparation
  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and make a few punctures with a fork in each tuber.


  2. Place the potatoes in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the tubers.


  3. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.


  4. Stir the cheese with softened butter, mayonnaise, dill and crushed garlic.


  5. Roll out portioned cheese balls.


  6. After cooling the potatoes, make cross-shaped incisions on each tuber as shown in the photo.


  7. Place a cheese ball in the middle of each potato. Put the potatoes in a heated oven for a few minutes and you can serve them on the table.
