Preparation

  7. Mix mince, onions and potatoes. Add the spices and mix it up. If desired, you can add finely sliced greens.


  8. Roll out most of the dough on a baking sheet, first sprinkling it with flour.


  9. Fill the pie with stuffing. Leave some space around the edges.


  10. Cover the top filling with a smaller part of the dough, seal the edges.


  11. Mix the egg with a little water and brush the top of the cake. Make small incisions.


  12. Place the cake in the oven, heated to 190 degrees. Bake it until the crust is golden.
