  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • dill
  • garlic

Preparation
  1. Wash the zucchini, cut them in circles 1.5 cm thick. At the bottom of the bank, we recommend putting umbrellas of dill and garlic. You can also add cherry leaves, blackcurrant and bay leaf, but this is to your taste. If you want to make it hot, add a circle of red hot pepper.



  2. Now tightly lay the zucchini, just try to spread so that there are large circles at the bottom, and smaller ones closer to the neck. Put vinegar in the jars, put salt, sugar and mustard.



  3. Now pour boiling water into banks all the way to the top. Put the banks in a large pot of warm water for sterilization. After the water boils, leave the cans for another 5 minutes. Then take out the cans, roll up the lids, turn upside down, wrap in a warm blanket and leave until completely cool. The zucchini are ready!
