Lean French women sometimes stick to this diet, 10 days is enough

French nutritionists have developed a diet for women and men with very high weight. Its task is to increase metabolism, burn excess fat and prevent weight gain in the future. And it lasts 10 days.

For a person who is used to eating improperly, the transition to a healthy menu can be difficult. Therefore, French nutritionists advise to take additional auxiliary substances designed to facilitate the process of adaptation. These include multivitamin complexes to strengthen the body, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids to improve metabolism, chromium to get rid of cravings for sweets.

The French Diet Basic Rules of Diet
  1. Drink 8-9 glasses of water a day, at the rate of 30 ml per 1 kg of weight.
  2. Exclude for 10 days sugar, salt, harmful products such as fast food, soda, mayonnaise, ketchup and others.
  3. Every day, spend about an hour walking. Too full people such physical activity is enough for a start.






We provide you with a detailed diet menu. It should be used exclusively for health purposes for a short period. Two weeks at most.

Breakfast
  1. 1 glass of warm water with lemon juice. Drink 30 minutes before meals.
  2. 1 yogurt (2-3% fat) + 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
  3. 2 soft eggs.
  4. 1/2 grapefruit.
  5. Green tea, coffee without sugar. You can drink 30 minutes after eating.

  1. 1 green apple or 10 g dark chocolate with 85% cocoa content.

Lunch
  1. A plate of fresh vegetables with lemon juice and 1 tsp of olive oil.
  2. 130-150 g of protein in the form of chicken fillets, steak or fish.

Second snack
  1. 1 natural yogurt with 2 tsp bran and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Dinner.
  1. A plate of steamed or baked vegetables with 1 tsp of olive oil.
  2. 130-150 g of animal protein or 2 egg whites with one yolk.

Vegetables are better to choose with a low glycemic index, fill them only with vegetable oil. If there is an aversion to olive oil, you can replace it with ordinary sunflower oil.

Also, when after all meals you still feel hungry, you can eat 30 g of cottage cheese of medium fat content, so as not to go to bed with a feeling of discomfort in the stomach.

Weight loss in 2 weeks - it's real. But it's not worth stopping at. At the end of the diet, you can adhere to a similar diet menu, adding more carbohydrates in the form of cereals or whole grain bread.
