- 1kg zucchini
- 1-2 carrots
- 1 bulb
- 2–3 tbsp tomato paste
- salt, pepper to taste
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
- Wash the zucchini in small cubes. If they overripe, previously removed the seed.
