Light salad of figs, melon and brynza Summer salad of sweet figs, juicy melon and salted cheese (seemingly incompatible products) is my favorite gastronomic union this summer. Such an unpretentious dish will perfectly satisfy hunger at lunch, without harming the figure, and will be an excellent treat for dear guests, prepared in a hurry. Fig dishes - It tastes better than that!

The ingredients
  • 1 bundle of green salad
  • 7 figs
  • 1 red bulb
  • 50g brynza
  • 150g melon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp French mustard in grains
  • 1 tsp wine vinegar


Preparation
  1. Lettuce leaves, figs, onions and melon, wash well. Salad narvi in small pieces and put in a portion plate.
  2. Cut the onions with half rings and lay them over the salad. Cut melon in small cubes and send it back to the salad bowl. Do the same to the brynza.
  3. Cut the figs in slices and send to the salad to the other ingredients.
  4. Prepare a gas station: mix olive oil, honey, mustard and wine vinegar. Generous fields fig-let Refill and serve to the table in portion plates. Fingers are good!

Filling ingredients
  • 8 fig fruits
  • 100g ricotta or soft cottage cheese
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 30g butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanillin
  • lubricant


Test ingredients
  • 2 stacks. flour
  • 150g cold butter
  • 3 tsp powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp ice water
  • 1 chip salt


Preparation
  1. To sifted flour, add salt, powdered sugar and butter sliced in small cubes. Stir the dough until it turns to crumb.
  2. Continuing to mix, pour water into the mixture and roll all the ingredients into the ball.
  3. The finished dough is divided into two parts (you get two hearty gallets), from each form two discs, wrap with food film and send to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. While the dough is suitable, prepare the filling: thoroughly mix ricotta, 2 tsp. honey and vanillin. Figs cut into slices 4-5 mm thick.
  5. Each half of the dough roll in a circle up to 4 mm thick. Paint the dough with a mixture of ricotta and honey, retreating from the edges by 5 mm, lay the figs on top and sprinkle 1 tsp of sugar.
  6. Cut the butter in small cubes and evenly spread over the figs. On top of the fields, there's honey leftovers.
  7. Lift the free edges of the dough and wrap on top of the filling. Egg slightly beat with 1 tsp. water and lubricate the mixture dough.
  8. Put the galleys on the bowl and send to the oven heated to 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes. The figs should become soft, and the edges of the dough should be golden.
  9. Ready gallets cool and serve to the table, decorated with a ball of vanilla ice cream.
